Gallery Coffee Company is a perfect example of what happens when heritage is actively curated.

We tackled the renovation of this historic 8,000 sq ft building with the enthusiasm this property deserved. After, removing decades of past design trends, the original beauty of the structure was reveled for all to enjoy.

The final result was an open floor plan perfect to support a communal lounge, a concert stage, and a roastery bar.

In the years since opening, Gallery Coffee Co. has become a a popular local and tourist stop with an ever growing audience.
