Slabz Bar & Grill

Slabz Bar & Grill in Marquette was born from a collaboration between led by owners Charlie and Josh, and Deployed Capital, headed by Tom & Ana Dolaskie, and Darrin Hubbard. Base Hospitality, owners of the popular Ramada hotel in Marquette, sought to revitalize their space and saw an opportunity for an exciting new restaurant concept inspired by the success of Tracey’s restaurant, The Brownstone Inn and other owned businesses in Munising. They approached Tom and Ana, who shared a vision to fill a gap in the local dining scene by offering bold, locally inspired cuisine at affordable prices.
