Tracey’s Restaurant was phase two for our Roam Inn plan. The design featured a lounge, that supported the reception area of hotel.
Construction began the day after we received our food license from the State of Michigan. Tracey’s model was structured to meet the need for fine-dining with a local flare that supports regional farmers. The result is a five star restaurant that offers craft plates and seasonal dining options.
Tracey’s is named in honor of our friend, and mentor, Stephen Tracey. A lover of fine food, good wine, and a shared respect for the area. He was our biggest cheerleader and a constant source of support.
